We shake out the dust, wash the rug with a hand tool and rinse it, then dry it flat. Wool, silk and antique rugs we look at before we quote. We tell you whether the rug is cleaned at your home or at our shop when we see it.

Three questions about rugs.
How long do you keep a rug?
If it's cleaned at the shop, a few days so it can dry flat. We give the return day when we pick it up.
Can you clean a wool rug?
Yes, after we test the dyes. Wool rugs are quoted after we see them.
Do you pick up and deliver?
In Albuquerque and the nearby towns. The quote has the pickup window and the return day.
