From the card: a price per room, per piece or per square foot, plus anything extra we find on the walk-through. The written quote lists each line. If the visit would cost more than the quote, we stop and call you first.

Aron walks the job with you, checks the stains and the fabric, then cleans. A few rooms take a morning. A whole home usually takes most of a day. The quote says which.

For the walk-through and the check at the end, yes. In between you can be in another room or out. We don't keep keys or door codes after a visit.

We carry general liability insurance. Ask for the certificate of insurance and we send it, with the limits, before the visit.

For pet stains, the guarantee page has the window and the terms. For anything else, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll come look at it.

We use cleaning products made for carpet and fabric, and an enzyme product on pet stains. We can bring fragrance-free products if you ask when you book. Tell us about allergies or asthma beforehand.

Keep them in another room during the visit and until the floor is dry. Tell us where they'll be. Photos of the spots help us quote.

Cancel or move the visit by text up to 24 hours before at no charge. After that, or if no one is there within 30 minutes of your window, a trip fee may apply.
