Carpet, upholstery and rugs
Rebeca Otero and her son Aron clean carpet, sofas and rugs across Albuquerque. Every service has a card with what's in it, and the pet-stain guarantee has its terms written out.

The service cards
Each card says what the price covers and what it doesn't. The price on the written quote is the price you pay.
Hot-water extraction, room by room or the whole home.
Fabric upholstery, cleaned with a hand tool and as little water as it needs.
Machine-made and many hand-knotted rugs, washed and dried flat.
Enzyme treatment of the spots we find, with a written guarantee.
A minimum job applies to a visit. Furniture we can't move safely stays where it is, and we quote around it.
The pet-stain guarantee
Here is the whole guarantee. It has a window, a limit and a list of what it doesn't cover.
Covers pet urine, vomit and similar stains we treated at your visit, for 30 days after the clean.
If a treated spot comes back, we return and treat the same spot once, at no charge.
Send us a photo by text within 30 days and we book the return visit.
Not covered: dye, bleach and fading, damage to the carpet backing or pad, spots on floors we didn't clean, and any stain we told you before starting might not lift.
Old urine that has soaked into the pad can come back until the pad is replaced. We tell you that before we start, and replacing a pad is not part of cleaning.

A visit, in order
Rebeca writes the quote and Aron drives the truck. This is how a visit goes.
Send the room, the stain and a rough size. Rebeca replies with a written quote within one business day.
We book a two-hour arrival window and text when Aron is on the way.
Aron checks the carpet and every stain with you and says which ones may not lift. The price stays the one in the quote.
Pre-treat, hot-water rinse, groom the pile. Before he leaves, Aron shows you each spot and tells you how long the floor needs to dry.
Who comes
Two people, one truck. The person who writes your quote is the person who treats the stains.
Owner and lead technician
Takes your call, writes the quote and treats the stains herself. English and Spanish.
Technician
Drives the truck and washes the rugs. English; Rebeca takes Spanish calls and quotes.

Through the year
Your carpet meets a different problem each season. These are the ones we're asked about.
Fine dust comes in through doors and windows and settles in traffic lanes. March to May.
Afternoon storms mean wet shoes and a damp smell by the door. July to September.
Sofas and rugs get cleaned before guests come. October and November fill up first.
Forced-air heat moves dust around, and winter mornings are the easiest to book. December to February.
After the visit
“Rebeca texted back a quote from my photo of the old stain on our living room rug. Aron came in the window she gave and showed me the spot before he left.”
“Three rooms and the stairs. They told me before starting which spot might not lift. It faded but didn't vanish, and the price was the one in the quote.”
“I called and Rebeca answered in Spanish. They cleaned the sofa and two rugs, and she wrote down what to do while the rugs dried.”

Service area
The shop is on Edith Boulevard in the North Valley. We drive to these neighborhoods and towns most weeks.
We don't drive to Santa Fe, Las Cruces, Gallup or Farmington. For those, ask a local carpet cleaner.
Ask for a quote
Rebeca reads every request and texts back a written quote within one business day. She answers in English or Spanish.
