Pet stains and odor

Pet stains and odor, found and treated.

We find the spots with a blacklight, treat them with an enzyme product and give it time to work. Rebeca tells you what to expect before we start, because some old stains need more than a clean.

In every pet-stain visit

  • Spots found with a blacklight and marked with you

  • Enzyme treatment, left to work

  • Hot-water rinse of the room

  • Photos by text, before and after

  • A written note on what to expect

The pet-stain guarantee

If a pet stain comes back, we come back.

Here is the whole guarantee. It has a window, a limit and a list of what it doesn't cover.

The terms

  • Covers pet urine, vomit and similar stains we treated at your visit, for 30 days after the clean.

  • If a treated spot comes back, we return and treat the same spot once, at no charge.

  • Send us a photo by text within 30 days and we book the return visit.

  • Not covered: dye, bleach and fading, damage to the carpet backing or pad, spots on floors we didn't clean, and any stain we told you before starting might not lift.

  • Old urine that has soaked into the pad can come back until the pad is replaced. We tell you that before we start, and replacing a pad is not part of cleaning.

Questions

Three questions about pet stains.

Will the smell go away?

Often, when the cause is in the carpet fibers. If the urine has soaked into the pad, the smell can return in humid weather. We tell you which we think it is before we start.

Can you remove old urine stains?

Many lighten a lot; some leave a mark. Rebeca says which before you pay for the visit.

What do I do with my pets during the visit?

Keep them in another room and keep them off the floor until it is dry, usually a few hours to a day.
