What we collect

When you use the form or text us, we collect your name, phone number, email if you give one, the details of the job and any photos you send.

How we use it

We use it to write your quote, book the visit and answer your questions. We text only about your request.

Who sees it

Rebeca and Aron Otero. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising. Service providers that run this website and our phone line process it for us.

Keeping and deleting

We keep job details and photos as long as we need them for the job and the guarantee window. To have them deleted, call or email us and we will.
